I was banned two months ago due to “use of third-party services”, which is nonsense as I have owned the game since 2019 and have never had a problem with the Overwatch law until this year. I tried again and again to get through to customer support but their method of dealing with things is just awful so I practically gave up.
Anyway, my sister just got banned as well! Blizzard seems to be making their way down the list of innocent and dedicated players.
Something is clearly wrong with their report system/new Defence Matrix and I would really appreciate it if someone were to look into this matter.
