It was only annoying because it played every time. But if it had a low frequency like most ability-tied voicelines, it would fit perfectly. Like when Tracer says “her you go” or whatever when ulting, it doesn’t play every single time.

Yeah. It was a nice line. They just played it too frequently and now they have went too far the other direction.

But I hardly ever get missile final blows.

I’ve wanted this since they ridded her voiceline.
Even if it’s every 5-10 times it’s used in a match or if she lands a decent amount of damage.

Contextual elimination lines don’t actually require the final blow to trigger, just that you dealt damage the right way. If D.va hits Torb’s turret, for example, and then someone else shoots it to death, she can still yell “GET OWNED” at the turret, even though she wasn’t the one who killed it.
Personally I think the line would make much more sense either for Self Destruct eliminations or specifically for killing McCree (similar to Tracer’s “Death comes” when killing Reaper). There’s not really a “bang” involved in Micro Missiles; there are 18 tiny ones.
