Bring Back SR, Player Cards, and Rank Emblems and on fire. Why did they even get rid of all that. Also is it win 7 in a row to rank up? Because I have went 7-4 and ranked down. What is going on!
PS also add back group finder!

I really miss the player cards and seeing that people are on fire.
Though the one problem I now see with the player cards is that apparently they didn’t match what actually affects our ranking?
Since amount healed isn’t as important as not dying for supports, always getting the heal card for healing like 40+% of team damage was actually misleading.
after the 7 wins its a rank adjustment. not a promotion. it CAN be a promotion, demotion, or you stay the same.

Blizzard this new system competitive system is in serious need of work. I dont understand why you would remove the listed above. You removed a lot of key factors. Also seeing the top 500 players emblems in game was pretty cool to me. I know I do not speak for everyone but I do feel that it will help the reward system some what to add these things back in the game. Especially the player cards at the end. It also gives us some time to speak to maybe some new friends at the end game.
(i do like the players stats in game now though).
They’re running it like a mobile game, its all designed to grab new whales, they don’t care about most people. They just need the new shiny free-to-play people who spend ridiculous amounts on skins and stuff.
That’s why there’s so many obviously new players who don’t even know how the game works placing in gold and why the matchmaking is such bs to make the queues faster in the low ranks.
They’re feeding whales and hoping for a payday.

I agree with everything you said.
Also blizzard completely removed visible rank. The system that’s in place now is completely fabricated for reasons we can only speculate on. Your actual rank is hidden but you are shown (most likely) a lower rank so that you get a feeling of progression every season but IMO it’s a failed system.
I’m sure my opinion won’t matter and neither will yours if it successfully keeps “X” number of players more engaged seeing their fake rank go up though.
