Remember when you would grind for hours, day and night - just to get that level 1000 or 2000 or so on? Why can’t we have this again? Borders were pretty people.
if you’re too young to remember, game wise, in the past you could unlock different player border tiers like so: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and etc.
No I never did that. Those borders were lowkey embarrassing

I remember when I got my first star on my border 
I was amazed that people had played enough to get the pretty sparkly gold/silver one!!
I couldn’t even care less about this new hero level system, I don’t even think I’ve ever looked at it.
Now we have the ugly badges.
there was ALOT of variety in borders, probably got rid of it cause 85% of people would have the lowest
Had 5 star diamond border the last year and a half of ow1.
When I won: “Wow sweaty max border tryhard, go touch grass”
When I lost: “Wow max border and still trash at the game lmao”
It was just a means of bullying both new and veteran players. I’m glad they’re gone.
They can make it an option but I’m never using those borders because players like to shame on you.
