Yes but i played overwatch since 2016, the border just made me feel good and it looked so cool
I know about the bullying and stuff but in all honesty i think the borders became a beloved part of the game and for players like me who would see that star put under your name or an extra segment to your border every 10 levels it felt really rewarding just seeing that.
