It’s actually astonishing to me how bad this ult is, and how they let it keep being bad without any buffs or bug fixes with the game being out this long. Shameful

what’s old high noon? I thought that it has only gotten buffs. Damage reduction, charges up damage faster, etc.
It charges slower than in OW1 and in return you get dmg reduction, it used to ramp up after 1 second but now it’s 2. They need to remove the movement penalty and make it a hitscan ability again instead of a projectile, or return the dmg ramp to 1 second well keeping the dmg reduction.
