It is beyond tiring playing Brigitte being expected to heal every single bit of damage. If I don’t have my passive up and have no packs, my literally only purpose is babysitting my other healer. The number of times people asked me Why are you just looking at me? Heal me is honestly surprising lol. As much as I’d love infinite packs, I only have 3. I’m not an OWL player so no I won’t have 100% inspire uptime.
All I want on that hero is a voiceline to let my team know I have no packs and to either chill out a bit or not expect me to give them any packs for the time being. This is entirely possible because Moira’s “I need to recharge” voiceline is exactly what I want for Brigitte. This change will help people understand that there are two healers, and Brigitte can’t afford to give you every pack she has (in case her other support is dove and needs help).
Nothing against anyone who looks at their Brigitte just standing there shield up not healing and wonders if they’re literally soft throwing, I get that, but just know your Brigitte is probably trying her best with that hero’s limitations.
PS. Not saying Brigitte is a bad support! She’s one of the best supports in the game and can output decent healing, I’m talking about her burst of healing with Packs, inspire is amazing in teamfights. I’m also not a Brigitte main so my pack management could use some work, but it’s decent for what it is I suppose. Also would like a ‘Reloading!’ Line in the voiceline wheel for supports like Ana and Baptiste!
Moira has a voiceline when she has no heals, Rez is a little trickier. I guess she could press her rez button and say something like “Resurrection unavailable!” or “Resurrection is recharging!”
I don’t think it’s needed for all heroes. Certain heroes need it more than others. Like Zarya bubbles, Rein shield, Immortality field, Biotic nade, Amp, Shield bash, etc. All heroes could benefit from it, but it would be easily spammed and the important ones will probably be overruled by the not so important ones. But I guess a line like that can be useful for every hero. I think the way you’d activate it is by pressing the ability key while it’s on cool down and it’ll say ‘Flashbang - 3 seconds’ or something.
i also would love them to remove the feature where if you press E to a person infront of your LOS, another ally blocks that persons LOS and instead of the targeted person getting the pack it’s the person who blocked your LOS. this annoys me so much
Every time I see a Mercy avatar and especially when I see quotes in regards to Mercy, I can’t help but read them in her uplifting, positive voice.
Also, I agree. I do wish Moira’s was a bit consistent when she’s out of heal juice. Sometimes I’m forced to use it all and I’ve been out of combat so there’s not an immediate way to recharge.
I’ve honestly not had that issue enough to be annoyed by it, but it does sound pretty annoying. Sort of like someone missing 1hp walks in front of your 6 man anti nade.

my entire team is surrounded by our bastion and i keep throwing packs at him bc he’s taking tons of damage, though my team is legit blocking him so when i do successfully target my pack at him, they take it instead and so our bastion died
I think there is a control option to make the repair pack more sensitive to who you target. This can cut it down a bit, though it can make targeting harder.
Though worse is the fact you can throw packs at people who are not hurt. Which was fine when there was over heal… but seems like a massive waste to “pre heal” some one not hurt with an ability with only 2 second duration.
As for the Topic it would be nice, but I also think it would be spammed a lot as well.
that’s the repair pack sensitivity, what i’m talking about is throwing a pack to the person your aiming at but someone walks infront of you and the pack heals them instead
There are many QoL changes that can be introduced in overwatch, such as displaying with your teammate name overlay whether they have ultimate ready. It’s almost stupid to consider that sombra allows you to see that information on the enemy when you hack them but you still CAN’T see your team’s unless you tab. Like the technology is already there, but they’re not using it.
I’d also add small square icons on that same level to determine whether your teammates have an ability available or not. Example, it’s very hard to coordinate with someone diving when you’re zarya but they’re not on vc so you can’t tell them when your bubbles are ready. if they’re able to see that information on you, they can feel safe to dive in.
Thats one point I’m not sold on yet. Imagine you playing Zarya. You have Rein with you who isn’t very comfortable on Rein and already got shattered by the enemy rein twice. Next teamfight you know that enemy rein has shatter again and your rein isn’t gonna block it so you save your bubble to help your Rein out. But your Doomfist sees you having bubble and decides to go for their Ana thinking you will bubble him so he can ignore sleep dart. He now gets slept and is going to flame you because you didn’t bubble him when he could clearly see you had it available.
