She is not best support. She is surviavable but her heals are rather weak.

Nope, you are right, she’s too good in combat to have other utility on the side.
shes more of a DPS that can heal. if you think of her like that, she is kinda balanced.
I use her more as off tank that enables Rein to go wild. Or any main tank on that matter. Also healers bodyguard.

she was designed to specifically mess up Dive meta…they will leave here slightly strong for a while so people can figure out new counter comps. Then after we might see some nerfs or buffs to characters that give her a hard time

If you play with your monitor upside down she isn’t too powerful. In fact, she would need a slight buff.
Brigitte is very limited to close range. All of her value comes from close range engagements and she can be overwhelmed without teammates right there with her. She has trouble getting into close range too. Without a shield or speed boost she’ll be melted long before gets to the fight.
