Brigitte is just a little too effective at everything
Her shield is too powerful
Could she get a slightly larger speed decrease when the shield is up?
Or maybe a delay before the shield can be brought up?
The only time I managed to kill her is when SHE screwed up
And once she’s low health you feel like you gotta kill her or she’ll heal up
It’s just too much of a problem
Mostly everyone agrees
She’s a support hero
Doing everyone’s job is NOT what a support is supposed to do
They are supposed to SUPPORT the team
Not carry it to victory singlehandedly

She’s less of a support and more of a hybrid character, we just don’t have a section for it.
She can heal and support the team, if she wants to, though the heal over time is relatively weak, and the pack is only good against sudden bursts.
She can tank due to having 250 health, with a healthy amount of it being armor, plus her 600hp shield. However, just like any other ‘tank’ all you need is a healthy amount of focused fire and she either melts or has to scurry out.
She can close the distance to DPS, but the fact is outside of whip shot, she has to be close, keeps it almost easy to avoid her due to the fact you can easily force her to have to come to you by staying out of effective range until your team shows up/she tries to push in on you to which you mess her up.
So, to sum it up. Stop thinking of her as a support, for she is literally just a hybrid. Jack of all trades, master of none. Also, nothing to say a support can’t carry to victory. A mercy, if good enough, easily makes it almost impossible to win against, same with a skilled Ana. Lucios could easily hold the point in contest until his team comes back to push the other team off. A Zen, with proper timing can screw over an entire enemy team and carry the team to victory.
It sounds more like someone is upset about losing to a Brigitte without having any idea what they’re doing.

I want to say at least you can admit it… But I’m not sure if it’s sarcasm or not. However, I did give tips on how to counter what she does, so I mean, feel free to learn from it if you’d like.

Hmm, oddly enough, pretty wrong. The stun is relatively close, and unless you’re 1v1ing, you should easily be able to avoid it by ducking in and out of cover, or simply staying out of range, with a character effective outside of her melee range. That also counters the CQC…
Armor? You mean the pack that disappears? Nah. Mean the ult? Once again, nah. Burst rips it apart, and you can easily fight during the ult, preventing much from being built up.
She wouldn’t be so bad if they just tossed that stupid Shield Bashing nonsense lol I guarantee you that will reduce the complaints she’s getting.

I mean… Understandable to be honest. It can get a bit annoying when she beats you as Roadhog or Reaper. Especially since that’s usually your best range where she wrecks you in.

Sadly thats what most people want which is silly. I mean she’s not horrible she just struggles less to get results.

I’d rather her be good at one thing or another. As far as I’m concerned this whole hybrid nonsense is ridiculous. How you gonna put a lone hybrid character up against heroes that are only good at their one job?
Also I’d rather they fix Rein…period lol poor daddy Rein is the worst Tank right now and that hurts to see.

Hybrids are a bid ridiculous, yes, but they add a bit of variety. Would Hog be nearly as fun if he wasn’t meant to be good at taking damage and dishing it back out? Same with D.Va or Zarya. Sombra wouldn’t be nearly as useful if she didn’t have good damage potential along with her utility which supports the team, be it hacking healthpacks to help the healers, or hacking key targets.
Though I agree, Rein could use a little help. There’s no reason the Squire should outdo the Knight.

If everyone was hybrid from the start I would have zero issues. I’m all for variety and Roadie out of all heroes needs buffs asap.
His hook is still buggy, his damage output is beyond inconsistent, and his ult is the equivalent of a boop turrent.
Also with Sombra…you know I cant tell if she’s in a good place or not. I mean she’s tougher to kill now but people still dont like her as she is.
Mainly my point is that if hybrid is the future they need to give other heroes hybrid qualities as well.

Saying that you can avoid her stun and CQC by keeping well away from her is just admitting that she is the master of them.
That’s why you need to keep away.
As for armour, no one else gives as much as often so yes… she’s the master.
