Honestly i dont think that bug existed for a long time, i think it only showed up when they added decay to the ultimate, i would have notice living on 100 hp from a widow ult on launch cause that actually happened, i lived a full charge widow headshot and i was left with how much health i was supposed to be, i think when they added decay which made each stacking of armor its own individual with its own time to disappear is when that bug showed up

Actually they buffed lucio’s speed which left a lot of pros scratching their heads. It just made the comp even stronger.
that and they buffed Genji in the middle of dive by giving him an extra swing, to fix a bug that would randomly give him such a swing.
