add your Brigitte counters and feel free to add why.

Pharah: Range is Brigitte’s biggest enemy, and there is no reason why Pharah should fall to her. Instead Pharah is great as she breaks down the shield easier as Brigitte is slower with it out anyways.

Lol no, Pharah is a counter of every hero which depends on being close. Not just Brigitte.

Or she could protect herself with her personal shield then search for cover? While you may be right your team could take down Pharah easily with Widow or Soldier.

Pretty much any hero that can fight at a range greater than her 5m long swing.

Pharah and Junkrat should both be good against her.

I think doomfist is fairly well paired against her since he ignores a good amount of her defensive kit. She’s got the tools to win a 1v1 against him, so she’s not helpless, but if she misses anything she dies. Also, any kind of non 1v1 scenario (not 2v1. i’m talking fair 2v2s, 3v3s, etc) gives doomfist the advantage since they make him easier to ignore just long enough to get punched into a wall.

Good roadhogs are going to destroy her IMO, because at range she wants to use her flail whip to keep her heal aura going and if he can anticipate her he can snag her with his hook while she’s whipping the same way a good hog can hook rein when he drops his shield to firestrike. So that kind of skill will be directly transferable, except instead of pulling a tank out of position you’re going to destroy one of their supports.

Yes. Her passive heals her when she lands a hit with her flail.

From my experience so far, pharah is countered by brigitte. She can take cover with her shield and deal a nice chunk of dmg to pharah with the shift skill. EDIT: This was my experience, but I suck at pharah, so I might have just been outskilled by her. Dun know how weak or powerful brigitte is against a skilled pharah.

Counters I’ve found so far are:

  1. Sombra - She can easily hack brigitte, leaving her vulnerable. The fact that sombra is ranged means she can take care of brigitte while she’s vulnerable.
  2. Junkrat - His grenade spam can shred her shield quickly, leaving her vulnerable. Junkrat’s burst dmg also allow for a quick kill on her.
  3. Reaper - He is closed range like her, but his burst dmg and self-heal allows him to easily shred her, just as he shreds any tank.
  4. Moira - She can dance around brigitte while dealing a good chunk of dmg. In closed-spaces it’s a guaranteed win for moira, unless brigitte is really skilled. In spaced areas, brigitte might have the upper hand.
  5. Widowmaker and hanzo - As any other melee character, both widow’s and hanzo’s large range allows for quick picking her off. The low shield hp she has means it can be shredded quite fast, and currently, hanzo’s scattershot does one-shot her.

The other heroes I am yet to try against her, but so far, these were the counters I found.

Sombra. Brigitte seems extremely ability reliant so Sombra will stop her in her tracks.

Junkrat will blast right through her HoT, Armor, Shield and 250 hp. Mine will make it practically impossible for her to touch him (or anyone else) while he rains grenades on her.

McCree’s flashbang goes with out saying in its power against melee heroes, and it can easily be thrown around her shield.

Roadhog pulling her out of position can be disastrous.

Ditto for Pharah blasting her way, with the added bonus of actual rockets.

Torbjorn and armor in general, ironically.
It takes six-swings to kill a 200 HP hero and against most of them, you’re not going to want to take much longer.

Sombra could be really bad for her depending on whether they’re going to have Hack disable Inspire.
