So did I miss something? Or did Blizzard back pedal on the whole “no new characters available in comp until the following season” stance?
We waited weeks and weeks, over a month and a half for Brigette…and now Hammond is in Comp already.
Was there an announcement on the change of heart?
Backpedal? Was this ever a policy? It has always been roughly two weeks on QP before competition.
Brigette was kept out of comp for nearly two months. Huge uproar. I just back checked older forum posts.

Yes they did backpedal as the wait for Brigitte was excessive and killed all hero hype.
