Brig skin only available on PC?

I’ve been wanting to get it but I play Console and I saw something about it being only exclusive to PC players is this true? do any console players have it and go into how they managed to get it to their console thanks

So what if it is only redeemable on bnet website? I see the skin on xbox and the only thing separating me from using it is a little lock icon on the screen. Im not seeing the barrier on why the code wouldn’t just unlock it across all platforms once entered. The game is now f2p so this complicates things even less. The skin unlock requirement on console literally says unlocked by completing the support a streamer event. Why add the skin to console and include the way to unlock it before the event starts if it isnt unlockable. I really think it will unlock on console if you go on bnet and enter your code. Im not saying spend money on this theory but if i see other console players in game with it ill know im right about it.
