rework arrives.
only visual change is a little big shield. BIG rework. Same ult. This required months to be released, by their own tweets.
The devs should put “BIG LIARS” in their curriculums because this is shameful.

They better be working very hard on impressive PVE content because they should be ashamed of this ultimate
Forums “try not to trash devs based on something they have no control over” challenge, impossible.
It’s their fault for liying.
I’m sure the developers, gameplay team, and designers had a lot of input and mind controlled the PR team to mislead the community.
I do think it’s interesting when they make these statements.
I was expecting an entirely new ult. It’s just her old ult with some fairly major changes. Visually you’re right though, just the shield is larger.
Aaron is at fault to be honest. Hes a nice guy for sure but not a good spokesperson. Hes too shy to communicate effectively
This is better than a new ultimate. It keeps her identity.
In my opinion, it’s worse than old Rally, coupled with the repair pack nerf, she’s definitely worse imo.
I don’t understand how it’s worse than old rally besides the movement speed. And yeah the repair pack change was unnecessary. Brig should have gotten more buffs along with this ult rework, not a nerf
I can help. I keep myself extremely informed.
Old rally regenerated her over health when she got damaged. Now she gets a static 100armor instead. It can be healed but doesn’t regenerate.
Once the armor is eaten she’s just got a big shield. Her playstyle of popping UlT for aggressive sustain is no longer possible and she now uses it as a panic button.
Which is a playstyle change and a nerf. But overall I like it.
found the troll, let’s help him put the clown face ![]()
All they had to do was the following:
I hope I find myself liking it
I was surprised when I saw the final ult changes. I can’t imagine that level of VFX work took months. Unless the game code is much more of a mess than anyone could have envisioned.
I agree, somehow I was expecting something more… you know visually impactful. I would like to know what was the actual work on the VFX that was needed for this change.
Maybe there are many things in the back end that we don’t see. But as the user, it’s pretty underwhelming visually.
add the: we will not hotfix hog on season 2 because we are working on hog rework xd
or the “we will remove hardcounters on ow2” HI PHARHAMERCY XD
Honestly idk why they didn’t give her armor and keep her health generating (too much health i guess? But it’s her ult.) but I think the stun and shield having more health more than makes up for it. That’s my opinion though. She could definitely still use more buffs, however. I do like that they kept Rally still being Rally, and keeping her identity. She already lost a lot when they removed armor from her repair packs, so it’s good they didn’t scrap her ult.
They didn’t say specifically Brig’s Ult needed that. Just, stuff they were ADDING into the game needed that stuff. They have a LOT of Reworks planned. It could’ve meant ANY OF THEM. Hog, Cass, Sombra, etc. Brig was only 1 thing of multiple to come in the future. She might not have the “VFX” or “SFV” stuff, but this is practically part 1. Part 2 is coming later this Month, so I hear.
Hate to say this but for the amount of time utilized compared to the work done, it doesn’t add up.
If it where something like Brigitte swings her flail overhead repeatedly to boop enemies away while offering the benefits currently in live, then I would see the time needed to implement those changes.
A student team of 16 can implement the changes they made in shorter amount of time.
