100 points off her shield does nothing for her instant “you don’t get to use that ult”. her healing is ridiculous, he stun is over powered… And you honestly think that 100 off her shield is going to do a thing to change all her other problems.
“I’m ignoring every other nerf they gave Brig and acting like this is the only one. Nerf her because I used my ult right in front of someone with a stun”
Perhaps you shouldn’t stick close to someone who can cancel your ultimate?
Heck if I get stunned out of Coalescence that’s on me for being unaware, and using a long range ultimate in the worst situation.
-100 to her shields is pretty big, honestly. For whatever reason, a lot of people don’t even bother shooting her shield because they don’t think it’s worth it. It’s true that her shield regens quickly, but with only 500 HP you can burst through it and greatly reduce her potential.
Or just focusing on the current game state instead of bringing irrelevant history into the mix? Whether you agree with the sentiment expressed or not, her past state has nothing to do with what changes she needs or doesn’t need right now.
Not entirely sure about that. It’s not as simple as just picking McCree and flashbanging him. Shutting down a Doomfist is usually a group effort, and he doesn’t exactly stick around to be picked off with all his mobility.
I mean, if you’re about to dragonblade or death blossom, you have to be aware of the enemy Brigitte’s position, and you’d be wise to keep her cooldowns in mind as well. If you blade into the entire enemy team, you’ll probably find Brig there and you’ll probably be stunned.
Maaan, you need to calm down a little. To be honest, there will always be a character in this game that feels oppressive to you. That doesn’t make them broken though. Just remember Mercy right after her rework: that was overpowered. Brigitte is just annoying to play against, not overpowered.
At least with brig you have to be near her. With doomfist he can literally fly across the map, one shot you, or CC lock you until he slowly drains you.
If you counter Doomfist with Zen, you’re playing against some awful Doomfists.
I’ve definitely shut down Doomfists from time to time, and there’s nothing quite as satisfying as landing a full volley on a DF as he dives in on you, but the matchup is incredibly skewed in DF’s favor.
