It is an increase of 0.66 hps on delay with additional health only added on the last seconds tick.
It is basically nothing, compared to the complete removal of damage she does and the now inconsistent working utility.

It’s not that bad. She still has all of her utility. She just has less offensive power. The healing buff isn’t anything to scoff at either

It’s mostly the lasting longer that the power comes from. She can tap people with whipshot from a ways off to trigger more healing for a longer time now. Topping people off between engagements can be rough for her sometimes if another support is respawning or something.

With her having:
No range
No damage
No mobility
Lowest healing output in game
Ult which does not save anyone against burst
An inconsitent utility not working around any shields.
I doubt it. What I think will happen, that people will yell on those taking Brigitte in almost any situation as an actual ofg support, which she isn’t now. People were doing that before, I don’t have to tell you how many times I got yelled to switch to an actual healer playing her.
I guess she is now an actual support with 0.66 hps more and all the damage and consistent utility taken away, all meanwhile she was nerfed six times already before, whith all nerfs decreasing her survivability, utility CD, ult economy and shield.

I still will for sure. Her range is unchanged and the only thing being changed about her mobility is her ability to travel through barriers. Her damage has never been the most important part of her kit. Her healing has been increased (most importantly the longer-lasting time on her passive) and her ult is still crazy strong. I don’t need it to protect against burst because not every support ult has to do that. If that’s what my team needs most, I’ll pick Lucio or Zen. It’s fine to have more than one support, too. You don’t have to give up Brig to save against burst if a teammate can do it.
