Brigitte is rather well designed. It’s why she counters so many heroes, Blizzard designed her to force the meta to change
you forget people say they want change till change comes along then they scream why did you change.

I just like how we are finally getting away from tracer/genji. always being in meta and like widow is finally getting to shine. And im playing on my main more now cus im not scared to pick her.

People say Brigitte is the problem but Hanzo really makes the game unfun imo.
I think it’s just the style of what currently works right now.
I definitely think Hanzo’s ult should take longer to charge now, and in his rework, they overextended with his arrow speed buff (I’m cool with it for Storm Arrows, but not his arrows in general).
Maybe so, my only problem with him is his regular arrow speed buff like you mentioned.
It seems self-contradictory to say that something is simultaneously well designed and dictates the metagame, given that the latter is one of the most direct symptoms of poor design.
Not if they designed the character to do that tho. Then they made the character perfect for what its job was meant to do.

It’s funny how you guys turned a Nerf Brigitte thread into a Nerf Hanzo one. Lol.
Brigitte is a goddess of renewal and has completely rejuvenated a stale game that had the same damn high-picks for about a year.

I suppose that’s fair. In the limited context where the only goal for the game is to eliminate the previous metagame, it was… effective. Setting that goal in the first place is a poor choice in game design, but the character design was indeed successful in accomplishing that goal.

I personally feel Brigitte is ok. But, I also feel they should probably move her into Tank Category so that People don’t pick her as an alternative to Mercy, Moira, Lucio, Zen or even Ana because any of them would do significantly more heals than she would.
Secondly, if Brigitte needs some tuning, I’d say the Shield Bash cooldown could be increased from 6 to 8 seconds so that it is same CD as Mcree’s Flashbang or Roadhog’s Hook which are other stun abilities.
When I see an nerf Brigitte thread or affecting the game somehow I instantly think of Hanzo. IDKW
I don’t blame them for doing it tho. People where complaining about dive almost every 5 mins. and they where getting pushed to do somthing against tracer and genji. Its always that be careful for what you wish for. type of deal.
Well I’m personally using Hanzo as a Counter to Brigitte haha. Easier to destroy her shield and put her in a tight spot :3
