Still present since beta. If Brig steps on certain surfaces while holding shield up, her facing direction and the camera automatically tilt to be parallel with that surface. It happens on a lot of incline surfaces including many sets of steps and many payloads.
It’s very jarring to have your camera suddenly look up – away from your teammates and enemies – against your wishes. This is not an occasional bug. It’s virtually guaranteed to happen in every Brig match and is 100% reproducible.
