Widowmaker was a bride in the past, it would make sense.
The sniper AI got added recently with Retribution - a kit that functions almost identically to Widowmaker’s (scope and grapple)
The teaser that got dropped yesterday hinted at a new creation/monster living in the Chateau Guillard - remember, the bride was created as a mate for the Monster.
Now, I know that going by the image leak it could be Sombra, but those squiggly lines are classic to the hairdo of the Bride - not necessarily the shaved parts on Sombra. And if we’re talking the spider queen skin, that could be an Orisa epic.

I think it’s Widowmaker as well. She was a bride of Gerald, it’s her home in the teaser; “a monolithic lair”.
We already know heroes have had multiple Halloween personas in the past i.e. they’ve had multiple skins for Halloween; e.g. Ana is a ghoul and a pirate.
Huh… I thought the bride would be added to Junkenstein’s army, since she is his creation after all. Like the summoner.
And who says that the 2017 storyline is coming back? The only solid one is the 4 wanderers. With that logic, the knight skin won’t be Genji - and he’s the only one who seems to fit that one.

As much as I want it to be Moira or Widowmaker (because they’re way more fitting), there’s really no denying it’s gonna be Sombra. I mean, it’s just so obvious it’s her in the picture. Even if the lines in the hair don’t mean anything, it’s definitely her facial structure and collar.
That being said, It looks like Moira’s most likely getting the skin in the top-center.
Spider Queen - as much as it pains me to say - will most likely be a skin for Widowmaker. I doubt it would be a skin for Orisa because it’s only an epic skin (as far as we know) and there’s only so much you can do for an epic skin. Then again, Blizzard really has been stepping up their Epic skins recently, so you really never know.
I mean, the Wanderers PTR leak already made it abundantly clear the Bride would be Sombra and not Widowmaker, and I think anyone could tell the ‘Spider Queen’ leak was going to be Widow
I understand the argument that Spider Queen could’ve been for Orisa, but if you think about it, for Orisa to look like a ‘Spider Queen’ you’d need to do a lot more than standard epic stuff to her model for it to look good
