Dunno where you read that but Rose Gold Mercy’s 20 USD converts to about 82 Real. So the latter price seems correct assuming the difference is due to taxation.
Best of my knowledge, Rose Gold Mercy is an entire bundle purchase - there is no skin only purchase.

There are TWO skins.
The original Pink Mercy and the new Rose Gold Mercy bundle.
The first price is for Pink Mercy, which is only the Pink Mercy Skin. It was first released in 2018 at USD 15 and is brought back for the first time today.
The second price is for the Rose Gold Mercy bundle at USD 20

Why don’t you read the original English version (edit: from Blizzard’s English website)? That specifically states that the Pink Mercy is coming back for USD 15, and the new Rose Gold Mercy Bundle is for USD 20.
No. In Brazil we have something called “venda casada”, which is against the law, specially since Overwatch is classified 12+. It means they must offer each item separately, should the user wish to purchase each item separately. That’s why it states twice the Rose Gold Mercy skin can be purchased separately, in Brazil
only.
The fact that pictures are shown somewhere else doesn’t matter, because this information is found on the Q&A section of the article, which has no reference to the images.
Also, of course you won’t see the information about Brazil on the English website, because it is supposed to be for Brazil only.

I only ever read english version and also noticed, that Brazil can buy rose gold without bundle
it could just be a simple pricing error canadians are having a similar issue

Price is still incorrect, and support hasn’t been “supportive” yet

I wonder how many folks would mistakenly pay that price without knowing about the 49,90 BRL offer in Brazil.
Imagine if was 20brl they would stop The selling in a minute… But since is more expensive Who give a damn

I saw one tip on another thread that if you buy it through Steam, the price might be right. But the charity might get a bit less money (for processing fees).
4 days and still with the wrong price… Oh, and Steam doesn’t have the skin-only purchase, that one is available only on the Blizzard’s store.
