This is what happens when half the dev team gets canned by MS. Especially when it’s the team that works on PVE and special events. The remaining team might not have all the tools and info to make sure things are working correctly for re-releases.

In 13 days we get mirrorwatch and another mode i can’t recall.
And Junkrat’s ult is useless. It never kills a single person. Just like last time, every time I or anyone I see uses it, it flies into a wall or is immediately destroyed and does absolutely nothing.
I swear they massively decreased it’s AoE, because even when I press Q and detonate it almost right next to someone, NOTHING happens.
She’s the best at what she does, and what she does isn’t very nice

It’s the mythos “horror” pve that was on when moira got her mythic.
No actual lore or or plot, all non-canon.
It’s actually a pretty decent mode if you didn’t play it at the beginning of the year. Not lore based though. Basically it’s a normal pve mode but there’s a twist where one of the teammates can turn evil mid-round and join the side of the robots

Just the fact of being forced to play those bad modes is enough.
That was the consequence, not the reason.
The game quality was down in the drain in the moment OW2 launched way before they started firing ppl.
And it’s horrible. It’s 1 player vs 4, they just get killed over and over and farmed all match while their former teammates flame and insult them for betraying them, tbag on every kill and report them for gameplay sabotage.
You ONLY have a chance of winning once you turn sides if you’re tank, otherwise you just get bullied the entire match in every possible way.
