There is a big issue with the Gold and Plat rank due to the three Smurf,Boosting, and Deranking people who come in with low lvl accounts and just ruin these games. I searched through youtube to see if anyone has reported on this and nothing. I have seen in game people advertising there boosting service. Hell I was in a discord for friends that turned into a boosting service discord and account selling I left it out of discuss because this is what this game has turned into. This game is so dam toxic that even if you try to help your team win against one of these people you get shut down. Blizzard fix your game cause this will kill overwatch 2 for sure cause no one will want to pvp and the game will die out hard leaving only these people against each other.

I’m being dead serious, I’ve never seen this, period.
Every competitive title on the market is toxic. You can’t escape toxicity by going to another one, hate to tell you.
So within this past 2 weeks ive had to aimboters 3 boosting players and 2 deranking groups and 5 matches with smurfs running low lvl accounts this is like more then half my games in comp. and they dont hide it they get called for it they go so what cant stop me.

Could’ve been alt account players working their ways through the ranks man, how do you know definitively they were high ranking players with the intent of ganking lower ranked players for fun?

But my specific question was in game boosting advertising. Never seen this ever.
I’ve played this game for 4 years now, I’ve come across maybe 20 definitive smurfs, 3 hackers, and maybe 8 boosters. I’ve seen way more than that in 6 years of CS.
Yes, and it’s ridiculous how much people are doing it and undercutting each other, wrecking the profit for everyone!

Past two nights I’ve been put up against so many smurf games it’s just pathetic. All but one game had them tonight. 1 game that didn’t have two or three under level 30 bronze new accounts destroying our team.
I don’t know if it’s worse because the game is on sale or the event, but it’s sad that this is what the devs have let the game turn into. Pay to win, pay to cheat.
Game meant something to alot of us and the devs have let these cheaters ruin it for profits.
They do it in Diamond too mate. Just wanted to add that in there 
Edit: there’s also a neat idea of all accounts below level 200 are put into the same games. Sure it’s harder for the 1 genuine new players in the game out of 1000 alt accounts to play, but beats 1 alt account ruining up to 5 other accounts (players) at a time.

But it is funny it took you 20 days to find something that even vaguely resembled cheaters in a game you swear is packed full with them. The irony isn’t lost on me, I hope it isn’t lost on you.
