Today alone I’ve been disconnected from my game/failed to join the game yet I still receive a penalty for leaving? Surely if I’m being disconnected from the game on Blizzards end I shouldn’t be penalised for it?

I’m a player just like you both, so I completely understand that it feels bad. If you do want to leave feedback, it’s best to post it in #general-discussion because game devs don’t monitor this forum.

They treat all leaving the same, even when it’s Blizzard’s fault. You can check out their stance here:
