I disagree that Sigma and Baptiste are too strong. It’s the synergy that is strong, not the individual heroes.

Poor Baptiste didn’t deserve this.
Not even a compensation buff to make him more useful outside of stationary compositions.

Couldn’t even feel the Baptiste changes on excard. They’re so minor and everyone is screaming “RUINED FOREVER”.
Meanwhile, the Rein buff is yuge and they’re either going to leave that on excard or nerf his ult charge rate. edit: And it’s delightful that people figured out that Rein/Sigma is better double barrier on excard, so it doesn’t even address the problem…
