I’m not sure that developers will ever read this, because the fact that companies are listening to their players is a myth. But, the support officer recommended this method to me, I want to try it. With the last event dedicated to one hero, I got a problem with which I contacted support more than 4 times. It’s about Ash and the Mardi Gras event. Previously, always when the event was dedicated to one character - graffiti was always given for him, Diva, Ana, Angel. But here, after watching Twitch - I could not find them in my Ash collection. As it turned out, only the fourth support officer found out by conducting his own investigation, for which he thanks, graffiti was given to those who were depicted on them. And the player had to guess about this, apparently. Nowhere was it written what graffiti was given to whom. Everywhere there are only beautiful banners that “take part, look, get graffiti.” Probably, on some technical page Twitch, somewhere deep in the rules, this is spelled out. Or somewhere in the contract between Twitch and Blizzard. The problem is that even the support officer did not have this information, which suggests that it is unlikely that this was somehow communicated to users. Seriously, the support officer did not use the terms of the promotion, but a visual comparison. That is, there are no documents, rules, nothing. I don’t understand how you work that way. If you can’t be responsible for the quality of the services provided, if you do not control your collaboration with Twitch, do not do this. Or do everything clearly and understandably, but do not answer “that, like, graffiti on your account, just wait a few years, maybe it will load.” Next time, please, somewhere, on your beautiful banner, write ALL the conditions in full, to whom, how and for what you are given as a reward so that you do not have to disturb the support service again.
