Hello ive been forced to make this thread in hope someone sees this and acts on this

Three/Four of my friends have recently been banned or suspended quite and Blizzard Support is quite honestly the Worst Bias Unfair Moderation on a game ive ever had to witness

1 of them is part of Colleigate programe and yet been banned for breaking TOS? Seriously?? 2 others hage been Flagged for apparently breaking terms of Service and breaking every rule possible? Are they actually breaking the rules?? Are they they getting banned unfairly by use of abuse of a poor system Blizzard use to moderate

Xbox, PlayStation, Microsoft many othet suppprt platform Moderation is way ahead of the TEMU com support my friends are receiving

Blizzard or Microsoft sort this out its a joke an embarrassment of a game i have played since 2016 the support is from TEMU .com Moderators are bias. Dont bother have the IQ of an Avocado

You dont give any form of Evidence for your claim just your banned lol deal with it dont respond to any appeal, no way to contact anyone or make a formal complaint

Honestly still love thos game but the support needs a major overlook because it is generally pathetic

Absolutely no account issues are handled or reviewed on the Overwatch 2 forum. Discussing disciplinary actions on the forum is also not permitted, per the forum code of conduct.

Blizzard isn’t required to give evidence for a ban, but a general reason is always given (cheating, broke code of conduct, etc.). Per the EULA that each account accepts when signing up, Blizzard can discontinue any license at any point if it is determined that the account broke the terms of service. Pretty much every gaming company out there operates like this.

Your friends will need to appeal through the ticket system.

No problem, just letting you know there’s only one option: appeal via ticket.

Something is happening now, a wave of unfair bans, as I noticed while looking through the US, EU, RU forums and discord channels. My GF was also blocked for non-existent cheats (plays 90% of the time on Mercy), two appeals did not lead to anything… A healthy gaming atmosphere as it is :clown_face:
