Blizzard please start dealing with the leavers!

@Leavers - Solution Suggestion

Lets say player (A) has 15 unfinished games in a week. This player now has a special status that will change their game que behavior such that when they que for a game, they will be put into games that need replacements (other leavers) as a top priority. They won’t be able to que and play a full game until they have finished as many games as they have left.

That wouldn’t do much. Because most backfills are games that are basically over. So That just be 1 or 2 minutes of backfills, for 20 leaves.
