hey everyone, i have a problem in twitch. the problem is that blizzard dosen’t show up in the recommended connections tab and i need to connect my blizzard account to my twitch account. please help my guys.
im having the same problem currently trying to get the kiriko skin
yeah, im trying to get the kiriko skin but im having this problem too! i cant really find a solution either
u dont connect in twitch, u have to go to Blizzard, com, login, settings, then u find connections to link your twitch
My twitch is already linked on my battlenet connection but when I go to my twitch drops to claim it says it isnt linked. Even when clicking “connect” on the twitch drops page it just takes me to my battlenet connections where it shows twitch as already being linked. but cant claim any drops.
I had this problem but I just disconnected my connection on battle net and reconnected which fixed it.
Yeah same here been having the same issue it did work at one point and now my twitch says connect account when its already linked ive tried relogging and still nothing and i dont wanna try to reconnect the account cause it will take up to 7days before i can connect again and ill lose the drop by that time
It doesn’t show up on the Twitch app on mobile, if it shows on battle.net then you’re good, or visit the Twitch page on desktop, it’s in “other connections”
When you disconnected the connection, did you have to wait 7 days to reconnect it? I’ve submitted a ticket to Blizzard and a request to Twitch. I’m not sure what else to do, but I don’t want to miss out on the pet and mount drops this month!
i disconnected my twitch account and i had no problems reconnecting even though it said it would have a 7 day cooldown.
I just had a similar problem where Twitch did not show my Battle.net account was connected, but on Battle.net it did. I disconnected my Twitch account from Battle.net, and immediately afterwards, I reconnected it via the Battle.net>Connections page (I did not have to wait the 7-day period). I had a Fel Drake mount waiting for me on the Twitch side, and it automatically claimed when I logged back in to Twitch. I hope this may help someone else too!
Thank you, this worked for me just now
There isn’t a 7 day wait if you are reconnecting to the same twitch account. If you read the warning closely it says “Warning, there will be a 7 day cooldown before you can connect a new Twitch account.”
So its only if you are changing the connection to a completely different Twitch account that there is a wait.
And unless both sides lists you as Connected you aren’t actually connected.
Wohoo, re-connecting your b-net account does indeed work and the Blizzard Battle-net shows up in your “other connections” on Twitch. Re-connecting the same account does not have a 7 day cooldown. Thank you soo much for this, it helped alot <3 Now I just have to wait another day or two to get the drops show up in game ![]()
