I am actually so fed up. Where do I start?
I’ve had this feeling for a while but the current balance patch has all but confirmed this for me. It seems to me like whatever high level players complain about Blizzard immediately fixes. Disregarding any feedback we lower casual level of players have. They make drastic balance changes and nerfs/buffs without thinking of the whole. The game is no longer fun!!
Brig was an issue when she was released I agree, the last balance they did for her made her much better! Her healing was still trash but she was in an “okay” spot. Now they have all but destroyed her because she was a must pick in OWL.
Mercy had an amazing ultimate that had a massive impact on a match; like any ultimate should. And they removed it because Mercy was a must pick in OWL.
DVA was in an almost perfect spot as well but they also destroyed her main fun factor as well. Mainly because she is always played in the OWL.
Symmetra was nerfed because OWL players complained about her having no skill but getting the most out of certain comps.
Reaper was never picked in OWL and look what they did now? Buff.
And now armor was nerfed all around because OWL players were taking too long to die because of the amount of heals they would receive.
I am never going to support this game financially ever again. It is no longer fun.

And I will bet $300 that Reaper will remain F tier in OWL
I didn’t believe that Blizzard only cared about the pros until now. This patch has finally convinced me is true.
I will not support OWL or watch OWL or anything OWL any more. I want nothing to do with the esports part of this game any longer.

Tanks will hurt from this patch but as for Reaper it still doesn’t address his main core problem Shadow Step.
If you’re lower tier in Overwatch, you are just an puppet that suffers from this type of balancing now.

Diva and perfect spot? She was broken from the very beginning. She is the reason why bastion cant do any crap against goats.
It’s not that hard to de mech her to be honest.
Doesnt Nerf Tracer for 2 years, who was OP in GM+ -> no one cares.
Nerfing Dvas most opressive Tool, or Buffing Reaper so he can kill tanks -> boycotting the game.

In veeeeery begining she was bad pick. Later when they made her DM toggable and ajusted it she became ok pick. And then whole 400 armor, “Hurr Durr, DM eats ultimates” and we are here now.
Don’t get me wrong. She is good agnist him but with those nerfs she will be demechad too fast to be useful. Or at least I belive so. We will see.
