This is a P2P troubleshooting forum, so no one here can look into your penalty. Unfortunately, it’s also against Blizzard’s rules to discuss penalties in any of their forums.
I cannot escalate anything and developers are not involved in account penalties — they are all handled by the Customer Support department. If you cannot appeal an account action anymore, there is no next step.

There is no next step in the forum because this discussion is against the forum code of conduct. If you want to blast Blizzard on social media because you think that’s what will spur action, I can’t stop you.
Sometimes the humans who apply bans make mistakes and then correct those mistakes. Blizzard always re-reviews bans, even without appeals, to check for human error.
