I have contacted customer service over the last 3 seasons, and still have yet to resolve a ticket that they keep resolving without actually doing anything.
I am in a painful feedback loop of getting a canned response every time I either reopen my ticket or create a new one outlining the issue.
Today after the same problem I contacted them about appeared again I used the caps lock in frustration while filing my latest rounds of tickets.
It’s not fair to the people in CS but also - if it weren’t so pathetic, people would obviously not get as frustrated.
No phone support - no one actually reading the tickets - I don’t know what is going on over there… it seems like they have either fallen asleep at the wheel or just abandoned their posts.
I am now starting to see the validity of the critics and those who declare OW a “dead game”
Season 17 is also a huge bummer - lacking continuity through the theme.
There are new UI bugs on PS5 in which the input isn’t matching the controls.
