rein has gotten nothing but nerfs and its to the point he has no shield, no hp, no regen and not even a little damage. while hog has been given infinite health damage and everything else

Hog still gets rocked by Orisa and Ana, so…
yeah the .5 seconds the hog cant peak are such a hard counter when he has that much health and oneshots everything again
and in case u havent read the patch notes, no orisa does not counter hog anymore, nothing does
Skill still counters him just gotta play smarter 
A good zen ana pair can ruin hog… what you going to waste cleanse on kiriko? Discord or anti…
Keep in mind discord also negates a lot of his damage mitigation from healing.
Zen is the most slept on hero in the game…

u cant counter hog the thing wont die but thats not the point, its that the braindead balance team has left half the roster in sh*t and rein is the worst example of this. a character that deals 0 damage to the power creep garbage that plagues overwatch. he can be in everyones face all day holding m1, spamming ablilties and getting ccd out of charge and will still not bring anything down to even half health.
and not to mention dps as a whole being a pointless role, if given the chance to pick any role like in open queue any dps character is a throw pick
that ruins every tank except zarya

Orisa not that effective anymore against hog . Before she could interrupt his heal which was a big deal , now she can’t .
Pretty sure Rein has been the best Tank in metal ranks for a while now.
thats because hes popular and has a low skill floor not because hes good
Regardless, there’s no need to buff the Tank that is statistically doing the best where the majority of the playerbase is.

Rein is the best iirc until Masters, where Sigma takes over. While Diamond isn’t exactly good, it’s not horrible either and Rein still does well there.
rein needs alot and i mean alot of help from the full team and is shut down by even easer tanks
