Blizzard and their terrible service and lack of support

blizzard suspended my account after no warnings, thye literally just suspended me with no reason. When i ask for help, i get an ai response. As a new customers, does blizzard just truly hate their customers and give no response. Why is such a huge company give worst service than a hot dog stand in la. just curious

Blizzards CS response is absolute garbage now, I will agree there.

But… like the hotdog guy just has to deal with you… who just bought a hotdog and he has to deal with you himself…

So the answer there is : Size, layers of interface, and scope.

Blizzard isn’t going to read this and everyone here is generally aware their CS sucks.

EDIT: I tried to find what was passive aggressive about my response… not seeing it.

What are you so offended about? Are you the hotdog man? I asked for extra extra onions. Extra the extra as in what you would do for extra onions and extra on top of that. You just put a normal amount of onions on it. You expect me to pay for this? Why are you protecting the onions as if they are your first born? Huh?

Look, let’s try this again. Pretend I am allergic to onions and put enough of them on to kill me, okay? Think you can manage that, buddy?

There are different kinds of suspensions. Did you leave games? That can cause suspensions once you pass a treshold.
Have you gotten chat silences? You will get suspended eventually if those continue.
There are short suspensions and then a permanent ban.

Respectfully replying to the tickets and just asking for information is the only thing you can do if you didn’t get an email.

Idk if it’ll help getting past the ai if you avoid words like account, suspension, punishment, appeal etc.
