The screen just went black when the game is going to show the PotG or in certain occasions when switching heroes; I can still hear the sound of the game running but it’s not accepting any input from my mouse or keyboard; I had to force reboot the PC in able for it to work. It just started happening after buying a GPU. Any help is appreciated<3.
Specs:
Ryzen 5 4600g
RX 580 8gb
16 gb ram
connect your monitor’s HDMI/DP to ur Motherboard directly
remove your RX580 8GB and run on the IGPU see if it still blackscreens
its probaly your rx580 being faulty
i run on a RX580 8GB and have no issues
I used iGPU and it didn’t crash.
and also, When I’m doing some troubleshooting, I find out in the event viewer that it’s a driver issue; in the event viewer it says, “failed to load driver”.
It’s fine now, I just did a clean installation of drivers.
went to safe mode then use DDU to remove my previous GPU driver then proceeds to reinstall the latest driver for RX 580.
