Black screen while loading a ranked match

I need Help!!! Often when I go into a ranked match it shows up a black screen and then I am always kicked for inactivity! WTF IS THIS. Im getting so much points minus. and thats not my fault. PLS fix your game or say me how i can fix mine.

I YOU ALSO HAVE THIS PROBLEM JUST TRY TO DISABLE FULLSCREEN MODE!!!(worked for me! Im now playing on windowed fullscreen)

This happened to me last night. Just black screen, then “You will be kicked for inactivity”, then the title screen.

No idea what happened, but I called off comp for the night, afraid it might happen again.

Are you running any Razer devices? If so please make sure the Razer Chroma SDK is completely uninstalled (you may keep Razer Synapse installed).

Nope nothing with Razer! I hate Razer. I have got a Klim Lightning and a Logitech G402. Best equipment in my opinion. My PC specs are also more than enough( I3-61000; Sapphire R9 380; 8 GB Ram; Game is installed on a SSD 850 Evo). If you want any more information about my system just write me.

I recommend posting a DxDiag file next, this will detail a good majority about your system:

  1. Press Windows Key + R.
  2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
  3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  4. Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save.
  5. Open the file in Windows Notepad, then press Ctrl+A to select all text, then Ctrl+C to copy all text to the clipboard.
  6. Start a new reply, and type two sets of four squiggly lines and then place the cursor in between and press Ctrl+V to paste the Contents in a code block. Example:

We dont need that. Im quite sure that it is a problem of the fullscreen mode! I changed it again to Windowed Fullscreen and now everything is working and the error is away.
