Black Screen, application not responding

Hey Team,

Whenever I run the application, I cannot get past a black screen. No audio, nothing loading, just black. In the task manager it looks like the application is not responding.

I’ve reinstalled the game, among other suggestions online. And the issue persists. I’ve also uninstalled my Razer software, and made sure no overlays from other background applications are running.

I’d love to be able to play with my friends agian. And it’s worth noting that the game ran completely fine as of yesterday.

Whenever I run the application, I cannot get past a black screen.

Add a DxDiag.

1. Open Start Menu, type DxDiag, then press Enter.

2. Click Save All Information.

3. Name the file whatever you like and click Save.

After you have the report:

• Upload to Pastebin.com.

• Paste the link in your reply.
