-Over Banning Player base (you should only ban cheaters/hackers, Mute voice chat if yelling at team but leave text chat open because than can be hidden, For tolls (walling players off in spawn) only ban for a month this type of behavior comes from exhaustion not being able to keep up with the learning curve, afk (15 min, 30 min. hour, day) if happening in a row.
-Stop reworking heroes (limit to once a year for one hero)
-Release new heroes 6-12 a year
-Listen to the player base (when 5v5 came out no one liked it and wanted 6v6 2x2x2 (5v5 has no tank combos making tank play boring)
-Stop charging so much for skins it does not take that much time or money to make them (greed kills companies)
-Fix the Matchmaker I can bronze to gm on marvel rivals in 20 hours but OW takes days. Also, you need to move a majority of your players to higher ranks and have bots on the lower ranks like Fortnite. Players need to experience constant growth to higher ranks for time played and streamers need to be able to reach GM+ or they leave. There are very few “Skilled” players playing this game even GM feels nothing like 5 years ago. I would rather have more players up here.
-Fix que times:
More players at higher ranks = shorter ques.
This would require them to extend the time before kick in spawn for being afk. If the punishment is going to be that harsh, then they need to give some more leniency for players that struggle to load in.
This is just a nightmare for new players and a reason to stop playing for people who love a character, but never get to get any necessary changes to them.
I don’t mind them charging money that much. What I mind is that it takes 10 decades of dedicated grinding to buy the cheapest souvenir in the game, let alone an entire skin.
Nah cheating’s rampant on console too. The moment you reach Diamond, you essentially just enter PC servers and must either buy a XIM or ram your head against a brick wall over and over till it breaks.

If you lose, you don’t deserve to rank up. If you win, you deserve to rank up. Personal performance should only reduce or increase the effects of a loss/win.
