Twitch no longer awards tokens for watching. You need to link a youtube account and watch the live and encore presentations of OWL games.

That, AFAIK, is the ONLY way to farm tokens.

Theres some broadcasts for “midseason madness” events that will award tokens happening for the next 4 days or so.
