Most character have a good voices (expect Tracer and D.va) but I have to go with Sombra, Reaper, McCree and Winston.
i would go with junkrat or roadhog if either of them were australian because character wise they fit well but at the same time they dont

I think they really nail it when it comes to finding the right voices for our heroes-- I really love them all. It probably has a lot to do with the fact that the voice actors are very involved with the community. I particularly love Sombra and her voice actor.
After watching the Infiltration cinematic, I took advantage of the free weekend last anniversary and played Sombra so much that I ended up buying the game. Without the voice acting and charisma of Sombra in that short, I might not have even bothered.
After Sombra, I’d say I love Moira and Doomfist. Maybe I just love Talon heroes?
Winston’s voice really makes me laugh. I think people who spam Winston voicelines are the only ones who get a pass in my book. Double standards be damned.
My least favorite voice is Lucio. Fun hero to play, but I find him to be annoying af.

Mccree and Soldier are the best for me, they are so courageous and hot 
Doomfist for me, much better then Terry Crews and i was angry at first that its not him.
Symmetra’s is good - the sass oozes in her voice. Her VA is cool, to.
And Rein! Gotta love Darin. Great guy.

All of the voice acting in this game is amazing in my opinion, Orisa, Reinhardt and Sombra are my favorites
The sound Doomfist makes when he falls off a cliff painfully crushing his legs before breaking every bone in his body and dying in slow agony.
It’s like a lullaby to me.
