Best control options for console?

I’m on console (Xbox) and I would like to know what people’s setups are for controls and what you recommend.

Whay do you mean with controls?
Sensitivity?

Yeah, sensitivity, aim assist options, etc

I mean there isn’t any best one considering it all comes down to preference but I’d recommend keeping your aim smoothing at 98-100
Your horizontal and vertical don’t matter too much as its just preference but keep it a bit faster
Aim assist and other things you can easily keep default

I play at 100-100 sens, 100 smoothing, 0 ease in

I messed around with this for hours and got an understanding of every setting, what works for me may not work for you but this is what i play with:
Horizontal: 50
Vertical: 50
Aim Assist Strength: 100
Aim Assist Window Size: 50
Aim Assist Ease in: 0
Aim Smoothing: 100
Aim Ease In: 0
Aim Technique: Dual Zone

  • i keep hori and vert the same for consistent aim movements.
  • Aim assist strength 100 for obvious reasons.
  • window 50 because i dont want aim assist kicking in way before i hit the target, it also lowers the chance of other characters dragging your aim away.
  • Aim assist ease in 0 as i want assist to hit as strong as possible when i get to the target.
  • aim smoothing 100 makes dual zone feel alot less janky when ramping up speed.
  • aim ease in 0 also makes dual zones ramp up less janky in its ramp up times.

100/100 - Rein/Brigette/Winston
80/80 - DVA/Doomfist/Wrecking Ball
70/70 - Tracer
65/65 - Junkrat/Pharah/Lucio
60/60 - Junker Queen/Roadhog/Sigma/Genji/Reaper/Mercy
50/50 - Everyone else
