I keep getting put on high ping servers I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my internet turns out after using ctrl shift N, it was connecting me to singapore, amsterdam. Im in the US. I have to keep leaving games because of glitching from high ping. I am in practice range now checking which server it puts me in everytime i restart overwatch and it directly correlates to my ping. Literally almost drove myself crazy thinking something was wrong with my pc or internet. Not fair.
Training range servers are deprioritized and should not be used for troubleshooting or server determination.
If you have high ping, are you in an area with flooding? Or is there flooding between you and the server location?

Create a custom game and select the server closest to you.
Check what your ping is.
