WTH are you thinking in punishing players that leave QP games queued for all roles when your f#####g matchmaking is useless and does not work; and we get overrun because our teammates don’t know how to play the game?
I prefer to what for longer queues on Custom Games than being thrown into this s##t show

Not really sure what all roles has to do with anything here (same penalties if you leave when you pick a role as well)……and it’s QP, not really sure what you’re expecting here

The fact that you queue for all roles (as well as backfill ) should give you some level of immunity or tolerance if the match you landed is crooked .
Microsoft products are supposed to assist, empower and aid people to achieve more. Not the contrary where you are punished by a poorly designed product that punishes you by its bad design
leavers penalties is a microsoft thing more than a blizzard thing.

Blizzard cant do jack if I as a consumer decided to leave and I am not putting up with their BS EBMM.
I have all the cards not blizzard. they can now work on finding another tank who will fill their role.

thats their thing they do in games. halo does it. nothing like a lobby of hackers and cant leave or they put in a massive time out ban, just so punks with cheats wont soil their depends when everyone dumps their lobby.
yeah i get it. leavers suck. but matches turn into rotating doors when companies change the format of games and people hate the change.
dumb by daylight did the same thing. nobody likes being slugged, having the hatch closed on them or being face camped. but if behavior interactive stopped blaming players for hating bad game design changes and instead communicated with people on fair changes it would have panned out.
same for here. nobody wants to be 1-shot ko during a match, ganged by a 5 man stack or spawn camped instead of solving the issue. blizzard does the same crap like most other cpmpanies. they dont want to balance out mechanics. they want to blame players for not putting up with their half-baked ideas to an unrealistic solution,
all the while their parots rejoice and blizzard thinks just enough of that is somehow 100% player satisfaction, all the while wondering why layoffs keep happening…
its not just blizzard either, its modern game devs attitudes in general. they arent like 90s game devs that cross every t and dot every i.
