Have you collected all of the infinity stones? If not then it won’t work. I don’t think team4 has collected any of them.

Anyway, I thought they used a dartboard or a cat to do the balancing.

I think it is more of:
They blindfold one of their interns, sit them on a chair, spin the chair until the intern gets dizzy, stand the intern up and have them stumble across a large open space that has smaller marked spaces, each with specific labels.
Wherever the intern trips/lands on is what the devs do for the next balance patch.
