who is excited for the patch to be released? why are you? does this patch meet your expectations? do you think it will change fundamentally how OW is played?
i also cant wait to see how fast ‘s9 is bad’ posts arrive.
i think itll be interesting, and without having played the patch yet i will say im not looking forward to mei with 300 hp

Memememe. At the very least it will feel fresh for a bit. And I expect changes in the coming weeks to balance out heroes under or overperforming from game wide changes.
New stuff is fun.
Expected it because of the leaks, before that wouldn’t have expected this direction.
Naw, just less healing, more health, and more shots being landed. Will shake up the meta with which heroes are best; but will still be ow.
I think the new DPS passive is the most interesting thing of this patch and I guess DPS will get the longest queue times.
I risk saying without that new DPS passive, these changes would just have made the game-pace slower despite the projectile increases.
They’ve been around since the first leaks for Season 9 were there 
those are opinions based on no evidence, so i do not care about those posts. but after, once people have played it, it gives those future posts ‘more’ credibility.
I like the fact that they are trying something new so I am excited for S9 even if the changes may not feel so good at first. And yes, I liked quicker play for the same reason.
quicker play was a great limited time release, my only objection to it, was that it felt ‘too quick’ make on bad play and you do not get an ult for the entire round lol at least that was my experience
I think its going to be worse with dps passive, cause dps is the first pick nowadays, so the team losing the first dps will be at disadvantage and is going to lead to a lot of frustration, also spray dps like soldier sojourn will have a edge over short burst dps.
Its going to be toxic as hell.
I am both very very excited but also very very scared. It’s a huge patch and honestly it is either going to feel great to play or awful.
I wouldn’t want it to be a permanent game mode, but otherwise I hated it at first and then it grew on me very quickly. Hope to see it back once in a while.
Only thing I’m really existed for is the Pharah changes. Those look great and were a long time coming.
Everything else has me feeling a minimum of extremely wary to downright terrified.
