Before update = Good. AFTER update = crash, crash, crash

Was on windows 11 prior and OW2 kept crashing non stop. So I decided to YOLO and go back to 10 to see if it would solve my crashing problems. Crashed a couple times with 10 and it went away. Played for like a week - week and a half with zero issues. Now since this update, CRASH CENTRAL.

Things I’ve done.

  • updating drivers
  • updating OS
  • rolling back to old video drivers
  • making sure all drivers are up to date
  • closing everything that’s running
  • setting the game to “High priority”
  • shut off Hardware acceleration in the battle.net app
  • added exclusions for the game and battle net with the firewall
  • scan and repair
  • shut off all overclocking
  • disabled overlays
  • shut off xbox game bar
  • deleting cache files
  • uninstalled the game and redownloaded it

According to Reddit, the iCUE app has a process called QmlRenderer.exe that continues using GPU resources until you start crashing. I see errors for it in your report, as well as iCUE, and your LianLi case lighting.

Thank you for the response. I’m uninstalling ICUE and Lian Li’s fan software right now to see if this helps. Excuse my ignorance bc I’m new to DxDiag, but I go down to “problem signature” to see what’s causing issues w/ my system?

Error Reporting is the section you’re looking for in both the DxDiag and the MSInfo.
