Does anyone know if it’s some kind of map or hero noise it’s been driving me nuts. Whatever it is I wish they’d get rid of it cause it’s really distracting.
Could be your headset, audio issues, idk. I remember having some headphones that had really weird static, and found out I plugged it into the wrong audio port.
My headset is fine this only happens in Overwatch so I know it’s some kind of game sound.
Might want to ask this same question in the technical discussion part of the forums, you’ll find a lot more people who may know the answer you’re looking for. 
Are you sure it isn’t Hanzo’s sonic arrow? It has a high pitched audio cue now. I think only enemy sonic arrows to it but I’m not sure.
Apparently sonic arrow is the culprit I googled it and other people say it sounds like cicadas so that must be it. Wish they had picked a different sound the current one is so irritating and distracting.
