yup, for whatever the reason those players don’t seem to ever be banned. But if you dare make a comment they don’t like… you get a 5 person report and banned for another week. Seems fair…

Care to elaborate a bit without exposing much of the details? Its like you tried to write something then stopped… im thinking that spot in the cave where that dude in Monty Python’s Holy Grail is trying to read out the sound the dead dude made and wrote while he was being killed.

Its against the coc to talk about a suspension, however pathetic their reasons… you just get silenced on here for a period of time.
I wasnt asking about the details of the suspension itself, im asking about the situation. I know about the ToS and the other crap blizzard tries to enforce on the innocent players but not the guilty parties.
What he wrote I had to reread like 10 times before it somewhat and still clearly doesnt make sense because it was so abrupt.

I would open a Ticket to Blizzard, have an email correspondence with a GM (Game Master) and have them pull the logs and re-verify if the suspension was indeed “toxic”. They can pull chat logs and if it came down to exactly what you wrote, then tell them its harassment, not only on the player end, but also Blizzards GM that suspended you. I say these exact things to other players in CHAT LOG because i dont use my mic. If I get teammates throwing, or flaming other teammates and/or myself, I tell them ok fine no heals for you, no bubble for you, or im sarcastic back and say thanks for not bubbling or dropping your shield and swinging your hammer instead of protecting us.
And that is relevant how? I mean since you are swinging left on this, tell me where he hurt you?

They will never over turn a suspension. So appealing it like slamming your head into a wall.
The report system is highly flawed and should be removed while it’s fixed. But that is just my opinion.
You have been banned for what exactly? Just interested what was in the description. Just sgare main reason if you can.
Dealing with Blizzard Customer Support for Overwatch is pointless.
Unless you’re a high profile streamer they will just give you a copy & paste reply and close your ticket.
If you open another they’ll do the same until eventually it gets to the point where they don’t even bother replying; they just close the ticket.
I’ve given up trying to deal with Blizzard’s Customer Support when it comes to Overwatch.
I’ve had them tell me that silences/suspensions on Xbox are Microsoft’s doing (which is completely false, as Microsoft have no control over what goes on in another publisher’s game).
I’ve had them tell me that false reporting doesn’t exist, so all those reports they got about me throwing must be true (despite the fact I’ve never thrown a match in my life), and all those reports about abusive chat must also be true (despite the fact I went the better part of the season in question not joining team chat, opting instead to use Xbox Live party chat).
Blizzard’s Customer Support for Overwatch is beyond a joke.

Their threshold for what is toxic needs to be publically announced. Because I have never said anything that has breached the CoC, yet have been suspended so many times on an old account that it got closed (once I appealed as I knew i’d turned chat off, and they said because of the volume of reports I must of been toxic so they wouldn’t overturn (despite also admitting they had no records of what i’d said (shock that, seeing as I said nothing))
They will close this thread down pretty soon. They have been on a rampage silencing people/threads that openly criticise the systems.
