Queue times right now are so even that there’s no lootboxes given to any role, and I can’t even use my Priority Passes on any role because no role is uneven from the others
This is, obviously, in large part due to the influx of players for Winter Wonderland, but it’s also a good sign that priority pass flex queue is working.
Now, imagine how good the role queue times will be when OW2 launches, brings hundreds of thousands of new active players, AND brings new tank and support heroes.
I am excited And I love the Priority Pass system. That’s all.
This is so good. The only thing I’m upset about is they should have rolled this out like 2 years earlier. Many people have said this as a suggestion when 2-2-2 to came out, but as the saying goes better late than never.
its just a small sample size but my bf and i just played like 7 games, and 3 out of them he got DPS, and i got it 1 or 2 times so at least for now it feels like flex queue distributes the roles quite evenly.
True, but everyone will have to farm tickets again eventually since there’s a cap on it. If Blizz wants they can even lower the ticket cap from 80 to like 40 to force people to use Flex Queue more often instead of just stocking up
They will but it won’t be happening all at once.
Fewer people will be queueing for it at the same time and when the even wears off there will be even less people in general.
This is a contradiction. Also where is your proof this has solved any problems? Every game so far has been stomped or be stomped because either tank or healers are playing a role they don’t care about for passes on a rainy day.
What I am worried about is that if this system DOES work…
Why? Because then they don’t address the real problem, that tanks and supports are unfun for a lot of people. Then they pat themselves on the back “we fixed q times!” while ignoring the REAL problem.
You mean all the dps smurfs flexing to tank and support heroes and not performing their role because they don’t actually care since it’s their smurf account?
