I’m here from EU side, since we don’t seem to have a bug reporting part of the forum. Fair enough I gues, keep it all in one place, but still.
I just received the legendary loot box at 36. As I clicked it, and the discs went flying up, with a very clear yellow, (and I think it was a blue and two whites,) and then a match started. I groaned knowing I’d not see what was in it.
However I was informed that there was a history (hidden in the details menu?!) for loot boxes. I went there and…no loot boxes from today.
I later got a normal box from some challenge, opened that, and that was in the history.
Basically that legendary box, which I received from a paid BP…is gone. I feel a bit gypped.
I’m reporting the issue. It’d be nice to get it back, it’s clearly not in the history. But I won’t hold my breath
