I understand them but this does not change the fact that the main part of the pack is for OW2 (where the price is centered around!). There will be no discount. I dont know how I can explain it better. But people react as if blizz would DEMAND them to buy it somehow.
If the bonus like OW1 copy or beta access is useless for you then its sad but because its just BONUS and HAS NO VALUE TO THE PACK the price does not change.
If you already would own the BP for example you should get a discount because its one of the main reasons for the OW2 PACK.
Iâm saying sure tie the gawdy blue and gold skins to the Blizzcon ticket not the crossover skins people can actually get ingame since they already did that before? But apparently thats not the case since we have the Genji and Sym skin the year after so yea gotta get OW players to buy the Blizzcon ticket some how.
You literately just contridicted and invalidated and everything you said in this post. You just agreed that if you own something in a bundle that it should be discounted. Your wrong opinion is now invalid. Its not a bonus to buy something you already own
refer to my earlier reply; there is no such thing as a âfree bonusâ. Itâs part of the purchase, and cannot be deemed to make up no part of the price. all that is is dishonest marketing at best, scamming at worst.
the entire point is that people want access to the other things exclusive to the pack, but have no other way to access them than being charged again for a game they already own.

Have you not noticed that skins have gone for $10+ in Overwatch 1? Defining them as âworthlessâ isnât factual. They have always had a price. The two skins together would be $20 if sold separately.
Like stated, the BP is likely $10-15. Bundles like the one linked generally include a bunch of stuff to justify the price and/or get more buyers that want more bang for their buck.
I agree that we dont have the full info how much the BP is worth and how much 2k new currency. But in the worst case I spend X amount on 2 skins and a icon. I dont find it to upsetting. I can deal with it.
If you dont know what you get think if you want it. For me it was a easy choice.
For others its also the guaranteed beta access and or OW1 (very unlikely that they dont own OW1 btw).

it actually would be kinda cool if we could gift the legendary edition to a friend or something! Iâve got a few friends that Iâve been wanting to get into the game!
Honestly I wouldâve paid probably 20-25$ for pack but 40$ when part of it is stuff I already own is a bit steep to me (30 would be pushing it I think, but still mighta done it considering its the next BP plus the skins etc, & OWL skins are like 10$ each)
